At White Paws K9 Academy, we help dogs and their owners build better communication, practical skills, and stronger partnerships. Our balanced approach combines clear expectations, consistent practice, and guidance tailored to each dog and handler.
Whether you’re joining Handler Bootcamp, choosing a board and train program, or developing a psychiatric service dog through Battle Buddy, we help you understand your dog’s training and continue building on those skills at home.
Better communication. Confident handlers. Stronger partnerships.
Owners & Founders
James and Lexi White founded White Paws with a shared passion for helping dogs and their owners live better lives together. As a husband-and-wife team, they bring structure, patience, and clear communication to their work with dogs and the people who love them.
Their training spans everyday obedience, handler coaching, and psychiatric service dog development. They believe lasting progress takes teamwork, which is why teaching owners how to communicate, practice, and maintain their dog’s skills is central to the White Paws approach.
Intern
Sienna brings a lifelong love of animals and an interest in dog training to White Paws. Alongside studying business, she has gained hands-on experience through her internship with James and Lexi.
Seeing the difference training can make for dogs and their owners has strengthened her passion for this work. She is eager to help owners build confidence and stronger relationships with their dogs.
